A full-service employment services operation ensures the maximization of participant potential and use of available services to assist them as they move towards self-sufficiency. Our program consists of the following program elements:
Strength-based assessment and level of service determination
Development of a Family Self-Sufficiency Plan (FSSP)
Determination of need and authorization/referral for supportive services
